Hi Karen,

Just a little question, I've kinda been wanting to get a good baking book to start my library but have no idea which to buy, 'cos there's just tons to choose from. I was hoping you could help me out and recommend some books which would help the beginner baker on their journey? Thanks so much! and Sorry to trouble you amidst your wonderful creations...

I laughed when you said it only took 2 cartons of strawberries at the store to come up with enough for the tart. I guess I'm not glad that others suffer the fruit dilemma as we do out in the Aleutian Islands, but somewhat comforted by the thought that I am not all alone in the world! The tart looks absolutely divine. It is on my list for that perfect time when I see good berries!!

Hello Cindy,

The recipe is available in Nigella Lawson's book "How to be a Domestic Goddess". You might like to borrow the book from your local library.
