Thanks, Danielle! Yes, I remember talking to him about that briefly. He’s not completely mistaken. H and I did do the long distance thing for 3 years before he moved to Singapore. =)

Just a little question, I’ve kinda been wanting to get a good baking book to start my library but have no idea which to buy, ‘cos there’s just tons to choose from. I laughed when you said it only took 2 cartons of strawberries at the store to come up with enough for the tart. I guess I’m not glad that others suffer the fruit dilemma as we do out in the Aleutian Islands, but somewhat comforted by the thought that I am not all alone in the world! The tart looks absolutely divine. It is on my list for that perfect time when I see good berries!!
