I often bake meatball instead of frying them too and find they’re still delicious. I have to say I’m so impressed by your top photo, because I think red sauce is one the most difficult foods to photograph. And you did it beautifully.

hey! glad to see you posting again! i’m loving the meatballs. Guess I’m gonna have to try that recipe sometime soon. Accept come up with a gravy sauce akin those found in Ikea. My boyfriend loves them too much.
