					<description>Hi Pauline, I make my own paste. However, I think it may be possible to buy some kind of ground sesame mix (I'm not sure what else besides sesame is in the mix) at some supermarkets. I've think I've seen it at the Isetan supermarket at Lido.</description>

					<description>Hi Karen...what a gorgeous cake!! Too beautiful to be eaten and I totally agree what you say about the savoiardi making a cake look regal...however I use them more to cover up my mistakes on a cake with not so pretty sides heh heh heh...oops.. =)</description>

Macarons are "cookies" made from meringue, almond flour and icing sugar. A macaron has a thin crisp shell on the outside. The inside is soft, chewy. If you'd like to try one, Bakerzin or Canele (Robertson Walk) sells them.</description>
