Mad about Tiramisu Cake
I made this cake for my mum’s 60th birthday. It consisted of 3 layers of genoise sponge, 3 layers of mascarpone cream, surrounded by lady finger sponge and topped with Dutch-processed cocoa (I used Valrhona).
The sponge layers were soaked with Amaretto (almond liquer) and expresso coffee. The cake was assembled 2 days before it was served to allow the flavours to “develop”.
Available for Purchase: 10-inch Tiramisu Cake, 2 layers of sponge and 2 layers of mascarpone cream @ Price of S$58.00, Chocolate Variation with Chocolate Genoise & Chocolate Cream @ S$60.00

Hi Karen, your tiramisu cake sure looks lovely!
Was wondering if you could possibly email me the recipe?
Would love to try it sometime…
Oh and I was wondering… is it necessary to leave the cake for 2 days before serving?
Wouldn’t the cream go bad?
Thanks for your time!

Ian: I don’t email recipes any more. There are plenty of recipes on the web. I’m sure you’ll be able to find a good one.
Leaving the cake for 2 days allow the flavours to develop and for the sponges to soak up all the coffee/alcohol. The cream won’t go bad if you keep it in the fridge.

Hi Karen,
Do you do cakes smaller than 10″? Say about 6″? How much would that cost, and what do you charge for delivery?
Do drop me an email soon, thanks!
