Mad about Cream Puffs
I got the recipe for this pâte à choux dough from a colleague’’s mum. She makes the most delicious durian cream puffs. Although the recipe was really simple to follow, I had a really hard time piping out the sticky and thick dough and ended up “spooning” the dough onto the baking sheet instead.
I filled the cream puffs, which were nutty brown on the outside, soft and hollow on the inside, with whipped chocolate cream and served it with some chocolate sauce.
