These are my favourite blueberry muffins. This recipe uses sour cream, which makes the muffins very moist and fluffy.

I love the pretty patterns created by the blueberry juice as it bubbles and trickles down the sides of the muffins.

    Hi Karen,

    I am so envy. I love to bakes too, but most of the time is not sucessful and very disappointed. But i am still trying my best.

    One thing I want to check with you and hope you can share with me is how to make the muffin break up abit on top after baking. Is it due to the mixture that we put in the muffin cup. I usually scope half way to the muffin cup.

    Jacqueline: Try filling the muffin cup about 3/4 full. Your batter shouldn’t be too fluid either, otherwise it won’t rise as much and might overflow.
